The customer required old-style Parquet flooring, which is a rustic oak wood. Decorus supplied the blocks and then began to lay the floor. To align the floor, Decorus first decided what direction would look the most symmetrical to the room. Decorus then created a central crown-line to follow and used a laser line to ensure it is straight and central. Each block was then individually added to either side of the crown-line. Then, Decorus then added a border to finish. The floor was then sanded and sealed onsite for the perfect finish.
