A customer based in Harborne lifted his carpets and found a beautiful, yet tired looking Fingerblock wooden floor. He called upon Decorus to restore the floor to its original state. Fingerblock flooring consists of 5 small fingers of wood placed in a square pattern, repeated over the surface of the floor giving the impression of lots of different squares.

To restore the floor, Decorus had to sand the floor, removing the top worn layer. They also had to glue any loose pieces back into place and replace missing blocks. Then two layers of lacquer was added to give a flawless finish.
