We talk a lot about hidden treasures at Decorus Flooring. Richard and I visit many houses and they’ve either got an old carpet over their parquet flooring in a lounge or an old and neglected herringbone in a hallway - sometimes on the rare occasion a tidy french basket weave in a dining room.

Often people think restoration is labour intensive and won’t look the same as a new wooden floor, but you’d be very surprised at how well an old floor can be brought back to life for an affordable price as apposed to a new flooring installation. 

Many times we have saved old floors when people want a new floor. We love nothing better than bringing these beauties back to life. 

We use only the finest equipment at Decorus Flooring. We’ve invested in what we believe is the finest sanding machines available on the market. We have a variety from Lagler & Bona. 

Once the floor has been finished we offer a variety of finishes to your wooden flooring, be it a natural wax oil, lacquer, colour or stain - we can advise and guide you through the best options for your room.
